Spinach and Radish Salad with Goat Cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, honey and oregano, then season to taste.
  2. Toss the spinach and radishes in the dressing.
  3. Plate, garnish with goat cheese, and serve chilled.
